Once a Project Registration form is received, LUXVISION Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will review and provide a registration confirmation ID to the originator if the project is approved, or they will send a written denial of the registration;
LUXVISION reserves the right to contact the end user for verification or other purposes, unless otherwise agreed by LUXVISION and the Authorized Reseller;
LUXVISION reserves the right to void this registration should the Authorized Reseller introduce a competitive product to fill the project needs;
Approved project registrations are valid for three (3) months from the project registration approval date noted above, extensions may be granted at the discretion of the TSM, the project registration form will be updated.
LUXVISION reserves the right to decline project registration.
LUXVISION reserves the right to change the terms and conditions herein. Such changes will apply on or after the effective date of the revised terms and conditions.
